Here is my take on it, after reading several on line explanations.

Unfavorable comments about the directors/management (or other posters) or their performance is not bashing.

Saying " the directors are stupid incompetent self serving and those who support them are the same....is IMHO a form of bashing.

Saying "I don't believe they have done a good job and here is why....or, " their performance hasn't earned them the right to continue to serve on the board and here is why....is IMHO a a critical review or critique.

I draw the line at name calling and will report such posts as violations. However, some hub leaders need to lighten up and accept that others have the right to express not liking something or the actions of someone with valid reason. Please don't forget that a humorous post which results in a smile for those reading it, is not such a bad thing.

Life is too short and if your days are numbered, it makes most of the griping so unimportant.
