Well, another stellar quarter. Surprisingly, PDS made $2.24M in MMP license fees for the last fiscal quarter of FY2011. Not too surprising though is that TPL got $2.68M of that money to feed it's operation, while PTSC got to pay money to participate in all the fun.

Funny how PTSC indicates they won't be lending money to TPL anymore! lol. Well, when we're letting them take $900K a month in license revenues, when they're only bringing $750K a month, who needs to "LOAN" them money. Looks like CJ and PTSC are simply letting Leckrone pick PTSC's pocket through the PDS vehicle, instead.

There's been somwhere in the neighborhood of a MINIMUM of 12 MMP licenses signed since the lawsuit was filed. Despite the "resolutions" dictating otherwise, it may be that Leckrone is signing them ANYWAY. In anycase, it appears as though Apple, (big MMP fish if there ever was one) is one of those 12, yet we have BARELY $11M to show for all MINIMUM 12 or more companies combined.

How much more of CJ, Gloria's and Cliff's oversight can we stand? It's almost as if Leckrone is shoving his left hand into their faces telling them to slow down with the litigation, while his right hand is fleecing them of any money PDS has or brings in. For Fiscal Year 2011, PDS received $11.1M in MMP revenues, yet paid TPL and whomever else TPL has had do work, $9.9M of that money to the "not-ready-for-MENSA" member Dan Leckrone. Dan and Mac Leckrone appear to be the proverbial "dime holding up the dollar"! Their GREED and inability to run and efficient / honest business (according to court filings) is collecting pennies, instead of dollars, and causing spreading their misery to all involved. Nice work by the TPL Gordon Gecko neverwases.

How does that saying go? "Power Corrupts.....and Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely". Hey Dan, how's all that power serving you now? How 'bout you CJ? Gloria? Cliff? I suppose shame is just for those people with a conscience. Don't forget to issue yourselves your annual option grants. Wouldn't want you to forget that little ritual in all the hub-bub.
