You first wrote in response to l2007s' post regarding PDSG and decision making timeframes:

"Hasn't revenue increased year-on-year?"

When shown definitively that this was not the case, you then tried to imply that it still was with:

"As of May 31, 2011 and 2010, our backlog is $834,485 and $268,103, respectively, which consists of revenues from contracts executed with customers which have yet to be recognized as of the applicable fiscal years then ended.?

Now you continue to argue that, to paraphrase "these are future revenues". While it is good that the backlog has increased, and true that if all goes as planned, these will turn into future revenues at SOME POINT, there is no guarantee of that, UNTIL they become ACTUAL recognized revenue.

Additionally, to illustrate, the $834K backlog as of May 31, 2011, may well include all or a portion of the $268K backlog as of May 31, 2010. So, while the backlog may have increased from May 2010 to May 2011, since the year over year revenue actually DECREASED, it shows how flawed the argument is that an increase in backlog should be equated to a year on year increase in revenues, or that even a year on year increase in backlog should be a standalone measure of success

You can have an increase in backlog from year to year simply by postponing the projects that were projected to start this year until the next year, and signing one more contract.

The point is, with each of your vollies, you dig a deeper hole, and expose a deeper misunderstanding of the basics of how a business works. Hopefully, this has helped you understand that a bit better, and kept other posters from being mislead by your attempts to defend your initial mistake.
