It's been the same story with PTSC. If PTSC didn't want to be where we are today, all they had to do was act to avoid it. They could have acted wisely with the all the items that have been pointed out ad nauseum in the past, and likely they could have acted differently since they've filed suit (ie. not made it so TPL could get 90% of the FY MMP revs as a way to entice them to settle).
