• Read the documents Laurie cites.
• Read Mr. Hoge's declaration.
• Read PTSC's last 2 PR's about settlements/litigation status.
• Read the Q3 10q.
• Read PTSC's revenue recognition policy.
• Consider what has transpired since April 2010, but before June 2011

If, after doing those things, you come to a different conclusion, please feel free to post about it and why. I'll assume that if you don't post, you're either not willing to do the research or your opinion changed. Either way, until you've done it, your opinion will be uneducated at best, so there's no need for me to discuss it further with you. On the other hand.
