The most valuable company in the world, and an icon of the technolgy world and presumably one of the largest MMP infringers to be had, signs an MMP license, and not only is there no PR about it, but no even round about acknowledgement of the signing.

The fact that PTSC's BOD and management are going along with the silent treatment, to quote FutTheWuk, "speaks volumes"!

If TPL licensed all of it's portfolios to Apple, and assigned only 5% of the fee, or 20% of the fee, or 30% of the fee to the MMP, and PTSC hasn't persistenly addressed that CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER with the courts for immediate relief, IMO, shows how exposed our BOD is to liability. They are going along with the silent treatment to protect against exactly what you state, IMO.

The idea that the MMP can be had for outrageous discounts with impunity becuase of the agreements we signed with TPL still being unresolved 16 months after the initial filing, when it's the very lifeblood of PTSC at stake shows how carefully PTSC's BOD is treading to protect themselves. That you add to that that PTSC has funded TPL through PDS with all knds of additional compensation not covered or warranted by the MA during the same time frame is beyond belief.

To think infringers don't know what we've collectively discovered is ridiculous. With that in mind, these protestation about confidentiality to protect critical competitive issues, is simply bunk. PTSC should be on the courthouse steps broadcasting to infringers and the world and putting them on notice that a sweetheart deal from TPL is not a valid deal, and petitioning the court to stop the licensing. I know they're now saying that they're opting for hard litigation and no settlement, but we've heard tough talk before. Still they keep licensing, and in doing so, IMO, weaken their legal arguments, and are letting Leckrone run roughshod over them still.

Where's plan B? Where's Moore in all of this? The secrecy serves Leckrone, Johnson, Felcyn, and Flowers, and really no one else.
