The BOD only works Part-Time and they remain a PASSIVE investor. The BOD turned over all MMP prosecution to TPL, per the MA.....In their imperiousness, the BOD abdicated their responsibility to shareholders.

OT: Lions maybe a legitimate playoff contender for the next few years at least. A Det-Pitt SB would be Great. Bet the League and nearly everyone outside of Pitt would be pulling for the Leos, which may result in a few key calls going our way. You got all the calls you never deserved versus Seattle. Stafford went to the same high school as Bobby Layne and won the State Championship same as Layne. Just sayin !!
