Imagine the detriment to us if the licensor was, in this instance, say Apple, and the total fees paid were say $10 or $20 million, or more, and we only received 5%, or maybe even 20%, when in fact the MMP value to the deal actually should have represented 60 - 80% or so. Somewhat hard to stomach.

When we talk about monetizing our most valuable asset, or even just safeguarding it, we are talking about the fiduciary responsibility of those to whom it is entrusted, and the duties of such responsibility inherent therein. If the MMP has indeed been plundered and pillaged, such as to the extent revealed in the court document linked to above, how can our 'leaders' remain in charge when it is they who agreed to the shoddy framework which allowed it to occur?

Absent their resignation, I suggest that they, as a sign of their commitment to the enterprise and responsibility to shareowners, obligate themselves to the purchase of 20 million shares each, on the open market, over the next 90 days.
