and wasn't paying Moore his share of proceeds from licensing, DL agreed to in the original Com/Ag.

Lekrone has done the same to owners of the IP companies he supposedly bought.

Acquisitions made, and paid for (or, not) from defrauding Moore and Patriot. Now commingling those patents and charging Patriot with legal fees not directly associated with licensing the MMP.
