Chip giant Intel will host the biannual Intel Developer Forum next week in San Francisco from Aug. 23-25. Intel Chief Executive Paul Otellini and other executives are expected to talk about the company`s shift to multicore chips and other emerging tech trends. In addition, the company is expected to discuss the status of its low-power chip project for handheld devices.
