Someone else may have already thought of this. Between majority voting of BOD and the dive in shareprice, someone may already be putting this idea into play. Buy the company on the cheap, eliminate the board and take it private. Have not seen anything that says any individual has control of a significant % of the company. Unless a group is acting seperately but working together.
