Of course this is all silly since as a group we don't have 16mil even to buy at 4 cents let alone what is needed to buy it at 6 or 8 cents

But if you go back to the "Letter Writing Campaign" the shares pledged were well in excess of the minimum reporting criteria, and I humbly suggest that this would be the starting point for any discovery in the event of a group action.
