If true the this would be a huge conflict of interest. Would he also be trying to devalue the MMP to make his patents seem more expensive? One thing we have is history on our side. It seems we could follow the timelines of the license amounts of before and after TPL aquired their patent portfolio and see that the MMP was artificially devalued so he could now license his personal portfolio. When this thing ever sees a jury and or triers of facts they will hopefully see through this crook. IMO
