BINGO!

The subject has been talked to death on this board. Nothing specific is ever offered, only it's a good idea.

After all this time, and all the posturing nothing ever transpires. Why not talk about that for a change? Why is it that nothing ever happens? Seems like a reasonable question to me.

And then there is Rule #5, if anyone is inclined to follow the rules.
