That is, in all liklihood, the intent, imo. And if that is indeed the intent, then for what purpose? In light of what Ron is saying, the purpose in not in the best interests of PTSC shareholders, imo. For most, that would the the logical conclusion, imo.

Yet we shareholders, with the power to ban such things from this board, are kept from doing so.
