The MMP may have inherent value beyond 2015. You can bet the farm our lawyers have been busy looking at this angle. With the completion of the re-exams, concluding with a stronger MMP, new opportunities for licensing activity may be possible. However, this approach may have to be balanced with some of the MMP patents being narrowed in scope as well.

Additionally, don't forget the "Look Back" option beyond 2015.
