So if I purchased stolen goods, there would be consequences for me? You might be right, but I hope you're wrong.

And thank you for informing us that the court docs indicate that Apple did indeed purchase the MMP license. I will no longer assume it. I do appreciate any piece of info that anyone is willing to share.
