I thought the court had given PTSC permission to review any purchase of the MMP negotiated by TPL, until the case is settlled. I would hope there is no comingling of licenses, assuming this is true. Otherwise, PTSC is surely not acting on behalf of shareholders. Also. to approve any license with Apple at less than multi millions would be stupid at best. Take care
