True, but I think the Apple transaction predated that court order.

T o further clarify.....is it assumed it occurred prior to PTSC filing suit or after that but prior to court order? It makes a difference to me in understanding the absolute disregard TPL and Leckrone exhibit in their dealings with PTSC.
