In light of the fact that Leckrone has a history of stalling and delaying whenver he can, I had perhaps been hopeful that Hoge's letter might have been pro-active . However, I haven't seen any evidence to date that PTSC and/or their attorneys have been pro-active about this case since they filed the complaint. Therefore, you may be right in that Hoge may just be responding to yet another extension request by Leckrone.

If the appellate judge throws this one out and sends it back to superior court....do you think we will still be waiting for the next case management conference, currently scheduled for March 2012, or do you think PTSC will ask to speed things up?
