Thanks for the info. If Charlie Hoge doesn't see the merit in presenting shareholder concerns to the judge, then perhaps shareholders should take it upon themselves to write directly to the judge. However, I would also like to hear from Ron, on how the judge might respond.
According to the calendar for the case in Santa Clara Superior court, the department is 9. Maybe the courtroom clerk would provide a mailing address or e-mail address where letters could be sent. By all means, do what your heart says is right. Ignore the posters who will come out against such an idea claiming that it will hurt either the case or the shareprice. I say the hurt has already been done....maybe some good will come of such an effort.
