the damages being inflicted upon shareholders by Leckrone by virtue of all the stalling he has done, the appeal, the delayed case management conferences and most of all Leckrone's unwillingness to pursue licensing to the full extent that he is capable of doing

Leckrone should be held accountable for his Fiduciary Responsibilities he assumed when he contactually took control of the MMP, and thus the shareholders of PTSC... The damage he has purposefully inflicted on said shareholders should land him in jail (preferably bunked with some PTSC investor named Bubba) for the rest of his days... and then some..
