I find this Judge Ware to be very wise so far. This action was needed a long time ago, IMHO. Of coarse I didn't even know there was such a title as "special master" appointed by the court :). Another good thing is that he is willing to hear/review Judge Ward's claim construction orders--this shows he (Judge Ware) is also very fair.
