Mike,

TPL and PTSC have always funded the PDS--that will continue. We can now announce the new sign-ons as they happen. This agreement must have happened day before yesterday --I say that b/c of the change in trading patterns. I kind of think there may be some agreements from infringers on the table which would spur the need for this agreement btw TPL and PTSC today. :) GL, ads
