Let's hope next week is historical! I pray that the infringers that have been on notice have been offered one last chance at the early discount(way above nuisance value) and they now see it as a must or risk treble damages. I would also suspect that a large volume of buyers of the MMP would put some settlement pressure on Barco et al.
