Yes not well written for an 8K... but I agree with your post... we 1.1 million @ 5% interest.. If they dont pay off by some date.... it moves to 10%,,

well nice volume today hard to get excited about .082 cents... but the news means three things IMHO,,, first we will have a 1/4 with no losss... second TPL believes we can earn more money than it cost to Licesne Thrid we have the tools in place to prevent TPL from cheating us........
