A very astute thought. The original amount being 1 mil. Probably tacked on 100K for past interest and now adding interest on that 1.1 mil from this point.

But if I remember correctly that loan was paid back to us by PDS not TPL. So TPL actually owes PDS the money not PTSC. I think the company referred to as the company in the pr is actually PDS.

I could be 100 percent wrong on the pay back by PDS, so corrections welcomed.

But I tend to agree that this has nothing to do with licensing amounts which may or may not be owed to PDS. If any such amounts exist they will simply flow to PDS as they have in the past and either retained by PDS or distributed to the partners. IMO.
