Did PTSC have a solid criminal case against Leckrone for breach of contract, etc., where the CEO of a comingled license decided to "report" Leckrone to the T3 legal counsel? Did we give up our rights to file again against Leckrone if any wrongdoing is perceived to take place in the future?

What does PTSC have to hold over Leckrone to assure nothing like this happens again? So far I haven't seen anything from the settlment that inspires tremendous confidence. In the 8k it even says TPL can operate with the MSD and non-MSD patents!?!?

I have my own personal timeline for when I think we will know how well we did in this "settlement."

Prove me wrong and rub it in my face. I want to be wrong.
