I also think that both TPL and our BoD saw that:

1) This new Judge does not want any further delays in the Barco, etc. case.

2) Ending this fight between TPL and PTSC might make things go smoother in the Barco case.

3) Ending the litigation between TPL and PTSC might make the Judge see DL in a more favorable light.

4) By ending the litigation now (this close to the Markman) more licenses might be announced which might make our case look stronger.
