agreements that would prohibit patent peace. My guess (just a guess) is that there is no such language. Therefore, Leckrone may have been offering the MMP as a token in his other licensing deals and PTSC would never know about it unless someone brought it out in the open.

Hopefully, part of the settlement that was negotiated between TPL and PTSC will eliminate any such practice from continuing in the future.
