It's still too early to tell, of course, but it seems to me that if PTSC has truly been successful in such a settlement endeavor, it would want to release the document in its entirety to the public, as was done with the Master Agreement, and would thus not have agreed to a confidentiality provision. After all, who was in control here........right???? History doesn't provide too much confidence on that one, but, for the moment, hope springs eternal.

I hope that they have found a buyer for the whole kit and kaboodle. I don't want to pin my hopes on any of them any more. lol
