ease,

I was thinking that we could contact C.Hoge and ask him that info. Laurie suggested that we all (those who want too) contact him as there is a disconnect between our BoD and the shareholders. We could ask him to clarify the agreement--he may be open to sharing the info with us if several of us contact him. GL, ads
