Ease, the SHM used to be in OCT....I flew out to Calif for two of them..........I will put this out to the BOD.......

Just start up the conversations / letters to the shareholders like RG did.........It's about 3-4 months to the next SHM...............Let us know NOW that it will be held back in S.D. / No exact date needed now , just so we know that they are willing to be men and woman and face us live..............
