ahhhh......"grass hoppa" in deed you may be correct however, we do not know the exact terms and conditions yet.

IMHO PTSC BOD could have negotiated a larger percentage of the Licences.

Instead of 50% what if it is now 60 or 70%?

That would be a nice trade off, but highly unlikely.

I hate to admit but the BOD is just as competent as the 3 stooges.
