Mr. Scott Marchand is the Director of Strategic Equity Group LLC. Mr. Marchand has been involved in real estate development and finance since 1993. From 1993 through 2006, he was involved in many aspects in the real estate field that included appraisals, mortgage brokerage, construction management, project development and commercial finance. Mr. Marchand is also a Director of Whitestone Realty Capital LLC based out of New York. Mr. Marchand specializes in tax credit development for Whitestone Realty Capital LLC
How poetic that the name "Elwood (Woody)" should come up again in PTSC's history given the person who originally brought MMP into PTSC was also "Woody"!
