The conflict of interest, among other issues, is the reason I think many shareholders should be prepared to go to the SEC website and file a complaint unless there is enough information provided by management via the quarterly report that removes all doubt about an implied ComAg revision that protects shareholder interests.

Shareholders have a right to that information.
