Not sure where you got the above from? I was suggesting that certain of the claims might be settled on the basis of the appeallate court's decision without incurring further delay in arbitration or in Superior Court.
It's been over two weeks and my reading of the rules of court required the appellant to notify the appeals court immediately that there is a settlement. Thereafter the appeallant has up to 45 days to request the formal dismissal. I doubt it takes more than a couple of minutes to notify the court. Shouldn't such communication become part of the public record? I just assumed we would have seen something sooner than this, and suspect I'm not alone.
