Do you have a history or relationship with "Charlie"?First name ,personal reference alludes to an intimate friendship or at least a professional knowledge of each others existance

I don't see where Ron referred to anyone as "Charlie"... He did refer to someone as Charlie Hoge... Use of one's entire name hardly eludes to an intimate friendship..
