I agree with you that our BoD should be looking out for shareholders' interests above all else. However, the question still remains...did PTSD do what is best for shareholders? I don't believe that a courtesy call to Moore (prior to settlement) was out of order. In light of the fact that our amended complaint references and acknowledges that Moore had not been paid by TPL and the statement by Moore that PTSC repeatedly advised that it would make no settlement that did NOT SETTLE MOORE's claims against TPL, I think a call was in order.
