I agree with you that there are 3 agreements in place. According to PTSC's first amended complaint it reads:

“Patriot Prays as follows”. For a declaration of Patriot’s right to declare the ComAg terminated

If PTSC and Moore were working together in trying to settle with TPL, while always keeping in mind the end game, which was to have both ComAgs terminated, why then did PTSC suddenly changed its game plan without Moore.? We have not seen anything to indicate that this was a strong move in favor of shareholders.
