If TPL / Leckrone are as nefarious as they appear, why not promote the dismantling of the TPL / Moore agreement? Let the courts render a decision that would punish Leckrone and therefore make the initial agreement null and void.

At that point, we simply mingle ;^) with Moore and outsource the reverse engineering process and keep or own team of attorneys busy. I'll even make the point that we become some sort of a quasi investment trust that solely and routinely distributes dividends to shareholders from continued licensing activity.
