Annual Meeting

Taken from: Adopted resolution amending bylaws @ meeting held Nov 4, 2010

Annual meeting shall be held between 90th and 180th day after Company's tax year end. BoD may in its sole discretion, determine that the meeting shall not be held at any place but may instead be held solely by means of remote communication.

Looks like, according to the above, our meeting should be held no later than the end of Nov. Corrections welcome.
