Might it be possible to park a letter, calling for a Special Meeting, somewhere on the internet for shareholders to access? This way, each of us who agree with the need for and purpose(s) of a special meeting could access the letter, print it and fill in our personal information (i.e. name, address, contact phone and number of shares owned).
One trusted shareholder could serve as the point person to receive a copy of each letter and when or if we reach the 10% threshold, that person could send all the letters to PTSC by certified mail.
Would this work? Any other thoughts would be appreciated. If, in the mean time, PTSC provides information that may address our purpose(s) for a special meeting then we can stop the effort.
