Allegations against Leckrone would be exactly the allegations made my PTSC in their 1st amended complaint. You might mentioned the Moore allegations and the Chet Brown case.

Well PTSC with there lawyers didn't go the sheriff route nor did Moore with his lawyer(s). Why not?

Allegations against PTSC .....I'm sure you could read through posts by Lamberts, Ron, Wolf and others and come up with any number of things.

You're talking about a lawyer and other people from this forum that have/claim allegations of an illegal nature against PTSC and TPL/Lechrones.

Wouldn't they be in a perfect position to contact the Sheriff's office? How about yourself? Have you filed charges? If not, why not?
