Has anyone recieved any response from a phone call, e-mail or a letter from our Investor Realtions? I drove up there again yesterday and they were closed again or the door was locked and they didn't answer. I wonder what Angela has to say about her old employers? Didn't one of our shareholders have a private line to Gloria?

I was thinking, could we as shareholders intervene on Moore vs TPL.

An intervenor is a a party who does not have a substantial and direct interest but has clearly ascertainable interests and perspectives essential to a judicial determination and whose standing has been granted by the court for all or a portion of the proceedings.
