I think the issue is probably more that we are looking for an informed leader to guide us forward. Someone who understands (a) what rights shareholders have and (b) how best to bring to authorities (e.g. District Attorney, FBI, SEC, Court system) our concerns, claims and suspicions. Also someone who is well-versed in the various 'shenannigans' and can translate them into formal legalese.

With such a leader I suspect many on this board, including 'lurkers' would follow.

I would, however, suggest that followers declare name, location, email address and number of PTSC shares held to a private email address or website and would only then receive information and status. This 'movement' needs to be reasonably confidential.
