If there has been compensation offered to certain shareholders, whether it was SGE, Brian, or me, and it was not for legitimate professional services rendered, then I would be concerned and I would like to know why they would do it and certainly would have concerns about how that might affect their other policies. Through his posts, SGE has essentially stated he hasn't provided any services to PTSC, yet key specifically qualified his comments about the compensation offer, so in my opinion, if they did offer him compensation, it creates a concern. ****** Additionally, if they offered it to one shareholder perhaps there are others who received the similar offers.
