If you don't understand the difference between absolute statements like yours and qualified statements like mine then I don't think we need to clog the board with English lessons. As for the implications of a public company offering to compensate shareholders, obviously it would depend on the reason and conditions for the compensation, IMO, as to whether there is a concern for shareholders. Perhaps you feel differently? Please explain.
