Two possibilities concerning a pr in regard PTSC/TPL settlement, imo.

PTSC caved and there are no glowing details that would excite shareholders and show us they stood their ground and carved a deal in our favor.

PTSC did in fact secure important concessions from TPL....but they allowed them to stay in control of news releases, which should have been negotiated out in respect for shareholders.
