The company you cite is at www.zlk.com. There are many others but this one does seem to specialize in the type of Class Action we would need.

Per their FAQs there is no cost to the shareholders - the lawyers take it contingency and seek money for themselves as a part of the settlement if there is one.

The question to me is whether the Class Action would be against the company (PTSC) or directly against past and present Board Members. If directed at the company, then we could damage ourselves. If directed at the BOD members then I would hope that their D&O insurance would cover all legal costs.

We would need a couple of designated "Lead Plaintiffs" with enough time and historical knowledge to help the attorneys build their case.

Could an attorney (ronran?) clarify this nuance?

Do I have to pay for the attorney
who represents my Class Action?
No. Members of a Class are never asked to
pay directly for attorneys’ fees or costs. If the
case has a favorable outcome, we may ask the
court to award us compensation from the
defendants or as a portion of the monetary
award.
